Refund & Returns Policy

All items in our shop are made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering errors.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Personalized Orders Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
